We’ve had a week of interviews with our staff!
Firstly, our Operational Manager for Wales, Tracey Arnold, was interviewed by That’s TV Swansea Bay. In the interview, which took place on 28th January within the Quadrant Shopping Centre in Swansea, Tracey talks about the need for new foster carers, and how unique FCC are as an agency. We were also interviewed on a Derbyshire radio station called Erewash Sound – to promote a foster carer recruitment event on the 2nd February 2019, at the Intu Derby Shopping Centre.
Steve Field, our Director of Childcare for England, talks about some of the key requirements to becoming a foster carer, how ‘inclusive’ FCC’s carer recruitment approach is – and about some of the support available for carers.
